The Tool Box Diet is about Real Answers and Real Solutions from a Real Person. The Tool Box Diet is a complete guide, actually more of a ‘story’ of how I lost over 30 pounds. I’m not going to be a Calvin Klein underwear model anytime soon, but what I did do for sure is:
• Reduce my chances of heart disease
• Lower my blood pressure
• Reduce my chances of diabetes
• Extend my life by many more years
Plus too many other benefits to list!
I accomplished all this by setting small goals (5 pounds at a time), changing bad habits to good, and following other simple tips in this guide. I did all this while being a husband, a father, and a full time business owner working 12 hour plus days. I made
health a priority in my life and blended it into my normal daily schedule. I say blended because most people around me do not know that I am on a diet, because I am not on a diet but have started a life change.
I am not a professional athlete, doctor, or fitness expert, but I am sure that if we work together, and you implement even a few of the ideas in this guide, you can see the same results! This guide is for anyone who needs to lose 20, 30, or 50 pounds and more. Yes, even over 100 pounds!
No more excuses – we now know without a doubt thanks to the “Biggest Loser” that it is not impossible to lose more than 100 plus pounds in a healthy, non-surgical way. The right way! This guide is for anyone who needs to reduce stress, needs help focusing, and needs help to gain more confidence to achieve your own goals. The Tool Box Diet is NOT about eating a low carb diet or using an extreme exercise regimen. It’s not about starving yourself or eating weird foods at weird times. I do not have all the answers, but I’m sure we can figure it out together as a community dedicated to Life, Health, and Happiness.
